Dominic Esposito

Dominic Esposito is an accomplished professional in the field of protein sciences, currently serving as Senior Director at Septerna since October 2025. Previously, Dominic held various leadership roles at the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research from November 2001 to October 2025, including Director of the Protein Expression Laboratory and Project Leader for the RAS Reagents Core, managing staff and budgets while focusing on early-stage drug discovery for the NCI RAS Initiative. Additionally, Dominic has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Hood College and has contributed to research at Life Technologies and the National Institutes of Health. Dominic earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Biophysics from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a B.A. in Chemistry/Biochemistry from La Salle University.
