Olga Gomes has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Directrice régionale Est and Directrice Opérationnelle 93 at Seqens since January 2018. In this role, Olga Gomes is responsible for researching and negotiating land opportunities, signing sale promises, and overseeing the development of operations leading up to the final sale. Prior to Seqens, from September 2016 to April 2020, Olga Gomes worked as Chef de Projets at France Habitation, managing social rental property operations from contract signature to project delivery, including financing and construction approvals.
