Semih Evsen

Semih Evsen has extensive experience in the real estate and automotive sectors. Currently serving as a Cadre technique at Seqens since September 2021, responsibilities include developing annual work plans for major maintenance and repairs, overseeing budgets, and managing construction sites. Previously held a Manager de proximité role, overseeing teams and ensuring the proper execution of maintenance tasks and customer relations. Prior experience includes commercial roles at SQY'AUTO "PASSION AUTOMOTIVE" and NEUBAUER, focusing on customer service and sales. Semih is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Gestionnaire d’Affaires Immobilières at GROUPE ESPI, and has also earned a BTS in Professions Immobilières and a professional baccalaureate in sales.
