Scientist - Project Manager at SeqOne Genomics

Tiffany Delhomme has a diverse work experience in scientific research and project management. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Researcher PhD Student at CIRC - Centre international de Recherche sur le Cancer / Organisation mondiale de la santé, where they focused on developing and applying a multi-sample NGS variant caller called needlestack. This project aimed to detect tumor-derived mutations in liquid biopsies to improve cancer early detection using non-invasive methods.

Following this, from 2020 to 2023, Tiffany worked as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at IRB Barcelona. Tiffany was awarded the Juan de la Cierva postdoctoral fellowship and their research focused on mining genomic data to explore the effects of endogenous factors on cellular processes.

Following this, Tiffany attended École normale supérieure de Lyon from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in Informatique Theorique. Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled in Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 from 2015 to 2019 and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioinformatique.
