Xavier Mialhe

Xavier Mialhe is a skilled bioinformatician currently serving as a Customer Care Bioinformatician at SeqOne Genomics since May 2023. Prior experience includes working at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique from February 2019 to May 2023 as an Ingénieur d'études, focusing on quality control and data analysis for high-throughput sequencing technologies, including Illumina, Oxford Nanopore, and 10X Genomics. Responsibilities encompassed statistical analysis using R, RNA-Seq transcriptomic analysis, Gene Ontology and GSEA analysis, and the development of analysis scripts and pipelines using Snakemake, alongside project management and client advisory services. In previous roles, Mialhe also contributed to the development of a pipeline for detecting low-frequency somatic variants and created a benchmark for phylogenetic reconciliation software as an intern at LIRMM. Mialhe holds a Master's degree in Bioinformatics and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Montpellier.
