Marius Maurer

Marius Maurer has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Marius is currently the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Sequana Medical NV, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Nobel Biocare, where they held various roles including Senior Engineer in Global Operations Technology, Process Technology, and Technology Transfer. Marius'stenure at Nobel Biocare lasted from July 2018 to December 2022.

Before joining Nobel Biocare, Marius worked at Zimmer Biomet as an NPI Manufacturing Senior Engineer from June 2016 to June 2018, and as a Manufacturing Engineer from June 2011 to May 2016. Marius began their career at Ferag AG as a Development Engineer from March 2004 to May 2011.

Marius also has experience as a Maschinenmechaniker at Kistler Group from 1996 to 2003. Marius worked at VEDC Malang as a Maschinenmechaniker from November 1999 to October 2000, and at msw-winterthur as a Lehrling (Apprentice) in the field of Maschinenmechaniker from August 1995 to August 1999.

Marius Maurer pursued their education in various institutions. Beginning in 2000, they attended the ZHAW School of Engineering, where they completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, specifically a Dipl. Masch. Ing. FH, in 2003.

Marius furthered their studies at the ZHAW School of Management and Law from 2008 to 2010, obtaining a Master of Advanced Studies in Business Administration, indicated by the degree MAS BA.

Marius'seducation journey continued in 2022 when they attended the ZHAW School of Engineering once more, specializing in Industrie 4.0 and earning a certificate, known as a CAS.
