Richard N. Nottenburg

Richard Nottenburg is an investor in early stage technology companies and a business consultant. He served as president, chief executive officer, and member of the board of directors of Sonus Networks, Inc. from 2008 through 2010. From 2004 until 2008, Richard was an officer with Motorola, Inc., ultimately serving as its executive vice president, chief strategy officer and chief technology officer. He served on the boards of Aeroflex Corporation from 2010 until 2014, and PMC Sierra, where he was a member of the audit committee, from 2011 until January 2016. Richard is currently a member of the board of directors of Violin Memory Inc., where he is chairman and a member of the compensation, corporate governance, and nominating committees, and Verint Systems Inc., where he is chairman of the compensation committee.
