SequelCare Health (Peloton-Health)

SequelCare provides mental health professionals with a holistic platform to enhance their evidence-based care and strengthen all facets of their operations, empowering them to achieve superior outcomes and grow their bottom lines. Our measurement-based, data-driven digital platform combines a powerful clinician back end, an intuitive mobile app, and a suite of online tools, letting providers shape and provide the best possible personalized care while keeping with their own approach and best practices. Continual monitoring, proactive patient engagement, and effective collaboration with care-teams and circle-of-care members, give providers the tools to develop, execute, and manage treatment plans, as well as the data and insights to pivot and take action when needed. All this, in turn, allows professionals to increase their caseload, lower their cost of care, claim additional codes, and in general, bolster their business.
