Justin, VP of Talent Management, drives the strategy for the training and talent acquisition teams to support the long-term growth goals. His knowledge and expertise in good engineering/manufacturing practice are cutting edge and are pushing the team members into the future with commissioning, qualification, validation, and digital services. He ensures they hire to the core values and that each new hire is equipped with practical, real-world experience. Justin has also successfully led and managed some of the most complex and technical client projects in Sequence history.
Justin is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer.
