Cheryl Doggett

Cheryl Doggett serves as the VP of People Growth and Engagement at Intuitive since May 2022 and has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Association for Talent Development since January 2021. Previously, Cheryl held the position of VP & Chief Talent Officer at Anthem, Inc. from 2019 to 2022, where responsibilities included developing an enterprise talent strategy for a major healthcare organization. Prior experience encompasses leadership roles such as Vice President of Global Learning and Leadership Development at Medtronic, SVP positions at Bank of America focusing on business transformation and human resources, and various roles at Electronic Data Systems and CSC. Cheryl holds a BSBA in Sales & Marketing from Central Michigan University and completed an Executive Education program at London Business School.
