Katherine S.

Katherine S. has over 8 years of professional experience in software engineering. Katherine began their career in 2013 as a Student Web Developer at Ebuyer, where they developed and supported a customer relationship management (CRM) system for the B2B department and incorporated multivariate testing into the consumer website. In 2016, they moved to AlphaSights as a Software Engineer, where they implemented OAuth2-based authentication and was part of the team that overhauled the workflow between clients and experts. In 2018, they joined Paws.com as a Backend Engineer, where they designed, built and maintained APIs, managed logic for ongoing subscriptions, and created dynamically generated but personalised content for gifts with purchase. In 2019, they moved to Intercom as a Product Engineer. Most recently, they joined Sequence in 2023 as a Senior Software Engineer.

Katherine S. began their educational journey in 2005 when they attended Tonbridge Grammar School. Katherine completed their studies there in 2011. Katherine then continued their education at the University of York, graduating in 2016 with a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Computer Science.
