Alina Khodadian

Alina Khodadian has a diverse work experience history. Alina currently works as a Human Resources Coordinator at Sequoia Consulting Group, a brokerage firm providing benefits and HR services to growing companies. Prior to that, they worked as a B2B Account Manager at Calm, a company focused on enhancing mental fitness and promoting mental health.

From 2017 to 2020, Alina held various roles at Sequoia Consulting Group, including Client Service Manager, Employee Advocate, and Client Operations Manager. In these positions, they contributed to the company's mission of assisting hyper-growth companies with strategic benefits, HR, and risk management services.

Before joining Sequoia Consulting Group, Alina worked as a Group Counselor at Hidden Valley Camp in 2016. Alina also gained experience in data analysis and financial reporting as an Associate Consultant at Triage Consulting Group from 2013 to 2015, where they were involved in planning company events.

In addition, Alina has interned at the U.S. Department of Treasury - International Affairs as well as Union Bank in the past.
