Dhilip is currently the Director of Engineering - SRE/Devops at Sequoia Consulting Group. Prior to this, they worked at Huawei Technologies India, where they held various roles including Chief Engineer & AVP - SRE and Service Insight & Automation Platform - Consumer cloud services, Director Of Engineering, and Technical Director/Solutions Architect. Dhilip also worked at Tech Mahindra as a Senior Software Engineer, Nokia as a BSS Engineer, Hutchison Essar Telecom Ltd as a System Engineer, and Aircel as a Junior Engineer. Throughout their career, Dhilip has demonstrated expertise in leading teams, designing reliability and security systems, implementing automation solutions, and delivering successful projects for large-scale consumer cloud services, enterprise customers, and multi-country platforms. Dhilip has a strong track record of driving process improvements, ensuring high availability and performance, and optimizing costs.
