Eliza Watson (Chon)

Eliza Watson (Chon) has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eliza began their career in 2008 as an After School Opportunity for Kids Site Leader at the City of Santa Barbara, where they worked until 2011. Concurrently, from 2009 to 2010, Eliza served as a Summer Conference Guest Service Representative and Santa Rosa Residence Hall Desk Attendant, as well as an Event Coordinator Intern at UC Santa Barbara. In 2009, they also volunteered at the Santa Barbara Women's Festival.

Moving forward, Eliza transitioned to marketing at Lighten Up with Catherine Tyson from November 2011 to February 2012. Eliza then joined Enterprise Holdings in March 2012 as a Management Trainee/Management Assistant until February 2013, after which they became a Station Manager until April 2014.

Eliza's most recent role is at Sequoia Consulting Group, where they have held various positions starting in 2014. Eliza began as a Client Service Specialist from April 2014 to June 2015, before being promoted to a Client Service Manager from July 2015 to July 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Client Service Manager, starting in July 2021.

Throughout their career, Eliza has gained experience in client service, management, marketing, event coordination, and volunteering.

Afterward, they pursued a bachelor's degree at UC Santa Barbara from 2007 to 2011, majoring in Communication with a minor in Applied Psychology.
