Lisa Gusinov

Lisa Gusinov, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Lisa is currently working as a Client Service Manager at Sequoia Consulting Group since 2021. Prior to this, Lisa worked at ADP TotalSource for 13 years from 2008 to 2021, where they held the position of Senior Human Resource Business Partner. In this role, they provided excellent customer service, supported and led Business Partners, developed and maintained client relationships, monitored service delivery, conducted analysis of employee policies, and explained the services offered to clients. Before ADP TotalSource, Lisa worked at AlphaStaff as a Human Resources Account Manager from 2003 to 2008, and at CIBC as a Human Resources Coordinator from 2000 to 2003.

Lisa Gusinov, SPHR holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management from the State University of New York at Oswego. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including SHRM - CP from SHRM in September 2015, CHRS - Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist from the Healthcare Reform Institute in August 2015, and SPHR from the International Human Resource Certification Institute (IHRCI) in December 2013.
