Melissa Ellsworth

Melissa Ellsworth has extensive experience in talent acquisition and growth strategies, currently serving as Principal and Director of Growth at Sequoia since September 2012, alongside previous roles in talent development and management within the company. Prior to Sequoia, Melissa held various positions at ADP from August 2008 to September 2012, culminating in the role of Sales Executive. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Integrated Marketing Communications from San Diego State University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
