Andrea McDonald, MPH, is a healthcare professional with extensive experience in growth strategy, clinical transformation, and research. Currently serving as a Director/Principal PM in Growth Strategy at Humana, Andrea shapes and executes growth initiatives within the Medicare Advantage business, leading cross-functional teams across various departments. Previously, as a Senior Advisor at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Andrea directed clinical transformation projects emphasizing outcomes-based care. Andrea also founded Insights for Better Care, conducting significant research on the long-term outcomes of VCUG procedures. Early career ventures include work as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs and co-founding Resprana Inc., a healthtech startup focused on respiratory health solutions. Andrea holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
