Rahul Ladiya has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rahul started their career in 2015 with an internship at Magnum Environment Management PVT LTD, where they worked on transforming raw data into actionable insights and improving network quality. In 2016, they interned at various organizations such as the United Nations, where they focused on youth empowerment and management, and CRY - Child Rights and You, where they conducted surveys and organized fundraising events.
In 2016, Rahul also interned at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where they gained experience in marketing management and proposed a marketing plan for an Android App. Rahul then joined Jio as an intern, where they monitored advertising campaign budgets and conducted data analysis to optimize investments.
Rahul's first professional role was as a Marketing Executive at Flipchat.me in 2017, where they worked on business development, marketing, and data analysis. Rahul then joined Internshala as an Internship Coordinator, leading a team and promoting the brand and products on college campuses.
In 2018, Rahul joined D Cube Analytics as a Senior Business Analyst, where they optimized Tableau Server platforms and implemented workflow processes. Rahul transitioned to the role of Lead Business Analyst/Manager Analytics at Meesho in 2020, where they handled end-to-end due diligence and audits for company funding, managed a team of business analysts, and devised analytical metrics to assess product performance. Rahul also worked on user analytics, root cause analysis, cost optimization, reseller behavior analysis, and new product onboarding.
Currently, Rahul is working as a Lead Data Analyst at Sequoia, starting in 2023.
Rahul Ladiya pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2018.
