Zhahan Zoleta began their career as a Licensed Optician at Vision Source - Voss in 1999. They then moved on to Mercer in 2004, where they worked as a TAM Coordinator until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, Zhahan worked at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. as a System Administrator. They then transitioned to the role of Business Systems Analyst from 2012 to 2016. Zhahan was subsequently promoted to Associate Client Service Manager from 2015 to 2018, and then to Client Services Manager from 2018 to 2022 at the same company. Currently, Zhahan is working as a Customer Experience Manager at Sequoia Consulting Group starting from July 2022.
Zhahan Zoleta, CSM received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.
