Crystal Baker

Crystal Baker, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Business Operations at Sequoia Living since October 2023. Prior to this role, Crystal spent over a decade at Parallon, progressing through several positions including Regional Director of Operations, where responsibilities included managing operations and Medicaid revenue cycles across five states, overseeing a team of 54 employees. In earlier roles at Parallon, Crystal acted as Client Services Manager for Medicaid eligibility services and Area Manager for Medicaid Eligibility and Advocacy Services, managing operations for 23 facilities in Northern California. Crystal holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution.
