Lauren Greening

Lauren Greening has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as an Athletic Marketing Intern at the University of San Francisco until 2015. In 2014, they became a Boutique Merchandising Coordinator at MINI of San Francisco, where they stayed until the end of 2015. In 2016, Lauren was a Marketing Intern at LeadDog Marketing Group, supporting account management and executing event activations. Lauren then briefly worked as a Client Advisor at Nordstrom later that year. From 2017 to 2020, Lauren worked at Sevenstep, first as a Recruiter, then as a Senior Recruiter, and finally as a Lead Recruiter. At this innovative recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) company, they focused on teamwork, measurement, and accountability. In 2021, Lauren joined Tempo as a Business & Fitness Recruiter, a role they held until 2022. Currently, they are working as an HR Representative at Sequoia Living, a position they started in July 2023.

Lauren Greening completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the University of San Francisco. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resources at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
