Natalee Bales

Natalee Bales, MBA, PMP, has demonstrated extensive expertise in program management within the life sciences sector. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management at Sequoia Consulting Group, LLC, since February 2021, Natalee focuses on fostering relationships and driving collaboration to advance programs. Prior experience includes leading R&D program management at Abbott, where Natalee was instrumental in the development of new coronary medical devices, and holding various roles at Epic Sciences, including Director of Operations, where operational excellence was emphasized. Natalee also has a solid foundation in clinical operations from Genoptix, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, cum laude, from Baylor University, along with an MBA from the University of Redlands.
