Rich Sordello is a seasoned leader in construction, operational readiness, and facilities management with nearly two decades of experience in cGMP regulated laboratory production workflows. They have held significant roles at organizations like Illumina and Genoptix, focusing on project management, compliance, and quality systems. Currently, Sordello serves as the Director of Facilities Engineering & Operational Readiness at Sequoia Consulting Group. They have contributed to the validation and release of major biopharmaceutical facilities, ensuring adherence to stringent regulatory standards. Sordello holds a BS in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
