Melissa Williams is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources, workforce strategy, and customer experience across various sectors in Queensland. Currently serving as the Acting Executive General Manager of Customer Strategy and Planning and Executive General Manager of People, Culture and Safety at Seqwater, Melissa has previously held significant roles, including General Manager of People and Culture at Powerlink Queensland and Executive Director of Workforce Strategy at the Queensland Public Service Commission. Melissa's expertise encompasses HR/IR, health and safety, and strategic human capital development, highlighted by the creation of a 10-year Strategic Human Capital Outlook for the Queensland Government. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Queensland, Melissa’s leadership has driven transformational culture change, improved customer service, and high-performance workforce initiatives throughout their career.
