Martin Locke

Martin Locke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and services sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Services International at SER Group since October 2025, Locke previously held positions including Senior Director of Professional Services at PTC and ServiceMax, where responsibilities included driving digital transformation and innovation in field service management. Locke has also served as Vice President of Professional Services at PRISYM ID and held various leadership positions at Euclides Technologies Inc., Infor, Capgemini, ClickSoftware, and ITM Group, consistently demonstrating a strong ability to enhance customer satisfaction, revenue, and operational excellence across diverse organizations. Locke holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Stirling.
