Piotr Golebicki

Piotr Golebicki has an extensive work experience, starting as a Client Consultant at Bank Millennium in 2005. Piotr then moved to Bank of Ireland as a Customer Service Supervisor before joining HSBC as a Premium Banking Relationship Manager. In 2011, Piotr joined Symantec as a Senior Operational Services Group Specialist, where they worked across functions and contributed to the development of key service offerings. Piotr then joined Microsoft in 2013 as a Business Operations & Program Manager. Piotr further advanced their career at AppDynamics, where they held various roles, including EMEA/APAC Operations Manager and Senior Manager of EMEA Professional Services & CX Operations. Piotr joined Databricks in 2021 as a Senior Manager, leading the EMEA Professional Services Operations team. In 2022, they joined Instabase as a Senior Revenue Operations Manager. Currently, Piotr is serving as the Director of Customer Experience Operations at SER Group.

Piotr Golebicki completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Social Services and Public Administration from Gdańska Wyższa Szkoła Humanistyczna in 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Gdansk. In 2010, they attended Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk for a Post Graduate program in Business Management, completing it in 2011.
