Frederic L. Way III

Frederic L. Way III is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and financial services. Currently serving as a Partner at Sera Global since May 2022, Frederic previously held multiple roles at Barclays Investment Bank from June 2010 to April 2022, including Managing Director, Director, Vice President, and Assistant Vice President. Prior experience includes an Analyst position at Royal Bank of Scotland from September 2007 to June 2010, and a Private Equity Intern role at Quinlan Private in 2006. Frederic holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Catholic University of America, completed in 2007, and graduated from Avon Old Farms School in 2002.
