Jessica Marrow

Jessica Marrow has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jessica started their career in 2000 as an Inventory Control Manager at Valley Health, where they worked until 2005. In 2008, they joined Shenandoah County Public Schools as an Elementary Education Teacher, and they remained in this role until May 2021. During their time at the school, Jessica collected, evaluated, and organized student records and data. Jessica also utilized online learning platforms to facilitate class discussions and collaborative peer groups, creating inclusive and progressive learning environments. Most recently, Jessica joined Sera Systems in October 2021 as a Customer Onboarding Team Lead.

Jessica Marrow earned a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Radford University, where they attended from 2005 to 2007. In July 2018, they obtained a Teaching License-Standard from the Virginia Department of Education. Recently, in July 2021, they acquired a certification in Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn.
