Yves Konigshofer

Yves Konigshofer has a diverse work experience spanning from 1997 to the present. Yves has worked at various companies and institutions, including SeraCare Life Sciences, KPL (a SeraCare Company), KPL, Inc., Agilent Technologies, and Stanford University. Yves' most recent role was as the Director of Technology Development at SeraCare Life Sciences, where they started in July 2018. Prior to that, they held positions such as Principal Scientist, Project Scientist, and Senior Scientist at SeraCare. Yves also worked as a Senior R&D Scientist at KPL and KPL, Inc. in 2013. Before transitioning to industry, Yves was a Graduate Student and Post-Doc at Stanford University, where they conducted research and contributed to various scientific projects. At Stanford, they also served on the IRB, IBC, IACUC, and as a Community Associate. Prior to their time at Stanford, Yves worked as an R&D Scientist at Agilent Technologies from 2007 to 2012. In this role, they developed LC/MS methods, data analysis algorithms, and purification and analysis methods for the MassCode PCR Research Solution. Overall, Yves Konigshofer has a solid background in technology development, research, and scientific leadership.

Yves Konigshofer began their education at the German School Washington, D.C., where they completed their Abitur degree from 1981 to 1993. Yves then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree with First-Class Honours in Microbiology and Immunology at McGill University from 1993 to 1997. Yves continued their education at Stanford University School of Medicine, where they earned a Ph.D. in Immunology from 1997 to 2005. Subsequently, they furthered their research as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine, specializing in Microbiology and Immunology, from 2005 to 2006.
