Francois Bernath

Francois Bernath is an experienced professional in the fields of real estate and business development, currently serving as COO and Member of the Board of Directors at Swiss Commercial Invest AG since July 2023, and as Product Director for Seraina Real Estate AG beginning January 2024. Additionally, Francois is the founder of Perréal, established in July 2023. Prior roles include Head of Business Development at Steiner AG from October 2019 to July 2023, and Head of Acquisition, Sales & Marketing at Alfred Müller AG from March 2015 to September 2019. Earlier positions include various leadership roles at Steiner AG and a Senior Consultant role at PwC. Francois began the professional journey as an Architect at Zimmermann Architekten AG in 2004 after earning a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree from EPFL in 2003.
