Laura Wilke is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Project Management at Serán BioScience since July 2021, Laura is responsible for overseeing project management resources, developing a team of Project Managers, and ensuring alignment between program strategies and implementation. Prior to this role, Laura held various leadership positions at Lonza, including Manager of Program Management and Group Lead of Program Management, where responsibilities included team management, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration. Earlier in Laura's career, significant contributions were made as a Senior Project Manager at Bend Research, focusing on client communications and project delivery, and as a Research Chemist, where expertise in pharmaceutical delivery technologies was developed over a range of drug formulation stages.
