Leslie Andrus

Leslie Andrus has over twenty years of experience in human resources and learning and development. Leslie began their career in 1995 as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at LexisNexis. In 2002, they moved to WorldStrides as a Senior Training and Development Specialist, formerly HR Generalist/Business Partner. In 2012, they joined the University of Virginia as a Talent Planning - Workforce Planning Senior Consultant, where they completed certification in Workforce Planning. Leslie then moved to the Ufirst Project's Talent Management Team as a Learning and Development Specialist, and later became the Learning & Development Manager. In 2018, they joined Seraphic Group, Inc as the Director of Learning and Development and Director of Human Resources.

Leslie Andrus earned a Master's degree in Communication from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Communication from Louisiana State University.
