Beth Ranson

Beth Ranson is a seasoned professional in the knitwear and textiles industry with a diverse background in product development, teaching, and writing. Currently serving as a Product Developer and Knitwear Specialist at Seraphine since October 2020, Beth also contributes to academia as an Associate Lecturer in Knitted Textiles at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, and as a Lecturer in Fashion Textiles Knitwear at Nottingham Trent University. Additionally, Beth operates Beth Ranson Studio as a freelance knitwear design consultant, while writing for Inside Textiles Ltd, focusing on themes in knitted textile design. Previous roles include positions at prominent organizations such as Pringle of Scotland and TOAST, along with freelance work for various clients. Beth holds a Master’s degree in Textiles from the Royal College of Art and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of the Arts London.
