Michelle Ratliff

Michelle Ratliff, PMP, LSSGB is a Senior Program Manager at SERC Reliability Corporation, where Michelle directs the Continuous Improvement Program and partners with stakeholders to enable organizational effectiveness. Michelle also has experience as a Manager of Business Services, Executive Assistant to the CEO, and as a Paralegal supporting senior partner clients at Powers McCartan, PLLC.
