Nancy Deleon

Nancy DeLeon is an accomplished engineer in the field of situational awareness, currently serving at SERC Reliability Corporation since July 2023. Prior to this role, Nancy held significant positions, including NERC Certification Instructor at SOS Intl. from July 2016 to July 2023 and Chief Operating Officer at Energized Training from February 2017 to February 2020, where the focus was on power system training for NERC certification and continuing education. Nancy's earlier experience includes serving as Program Manager, Operations at SERC Reliability Corporation and Senior Technical Trainer at SOS Intl., contributing to power system operations and training development. Additionally, Nancy managed the NERC System Operator Certification Program as Personnel Certification Manager at North American Electric Reliability Corporation and gained foundational experience in technical training at Duke Energy Corporation. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science from The University of Alabama and additional education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
