Jen Pelletier Henderson

Jen Pelletier Henderson has over 15 years of professional experience in various roles. Jen began their career in 2004 as a Graduate Instructor for the Theirtory Department at Florida State University. In 2010, they took on the role of Chess Coaching Team Leader / Director (Social Media, Animation & Graphics) at Kid Chess. In 2015, they became a Freelancer - Marketing, Social Media, Web Design & Graphic Design. In 2016, they were hired as a Product Manager at Osborn Visual Solutions. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Marketing Manager for Digital Signage Expo, LightShow West & LED Specifier Summit at Exponation. Most recently, in 2021, they were hired as a CRM & Marketing Automation Strategist at Sercante.

Jen Pelletier Henderson has a varied educational background. Jen has a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory & Political Science from The University of Alabama in Huntsville. Jen also holds a MA and PhD (ABD) in U.S. Theirtory - American Revolution, Early Republic, Atlantic World from Florida State University. In addition, they have obtained several Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in December 2019, Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist (WI21) in February 2021, Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant in October 2021, and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant in November 2021. Jen is also scheduled to obtain a Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification from Salesforce in April 2022.
