Jennifer Bucci

Jennifer Bucci has worked in various roles in the marketing and music industries since 2006. Jennifer began their career as a Music Therapist in various locations and then moved on to Global Knowledge Canada in 2014, where they held the positions of Marketing Automation Manager - North America, Marketing Specialist, Lead Management, and Marketing Coordinator. In 2019, they joined Newtopia Inc. as Digital Marketing Manager, and The Royal Conservatory of Music as Manager, Email Marketing. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Sercante as a CRM & Marketing Automation Strategist and Marketing Automation Strategist.

Jennifer Bucci obtained a Bachelor of Music Therapy (with Internship) from the University of Windsor in 2006. In 2008, they became a Music Therapist Accredited from the Canadian Association for Music Therapy. In 2012, they obtained the Trained Internship Supervisor certification from the Canadian Association for Music Therapy. In 2021, they earned the Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist certification from Salesforce. Finally, in 2022, they earned the Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant certifications from Salesforce.
