Jordyn Jaffer

Jordyn Jaffer has accumulated a wealth of work experience since 2015. Jordyn began their professional career as an Undergraduate Math Grader and Assistant Equipment Manager at Northeastern University. During the summers, they also worked as a Waitress at Kings Valley Diner. In 2017, they were a Client Services Co-op at Standard Life Investments. From 2018 to 2020, they were a CRM Specialist and CRM and Analytics Trainee at the Atlanta Braves. During this time, they helped implement Pardot, served as an administrator for Salesforce, Pardot, and Social Studio, and onboarded and trained over 125 users across 10 departments in Salesforce, Pardot, and/or Social Studio. In 2020, they were a Consultant and Assistant Director of Student Accounts / Multicurrency Billing Operations at Northeastern University, where they served as the Salesforce Administrator for the Student Financial Services department and the FinancialForce administrator for the university. Currently, Jordyn is a Senior Salesforce Solution Engineer and Marketing Automation Strategist at Sercante, as well as an Author at The Spot for Pardot and Salesforce Ben.

Jordyn Jaffer attended Kingston High School from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a High School degree. Jordyn then attended SUNY Ulster from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they attended Northeastern University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. In 2020, they returned to Northeastern University and earned a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration. Additionally, Jordyn has obtained numerous certifications from Salesforce, HubSpot Academy, and Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges since 2019.
