J Alan Mathis

J Alan Mathis is an Acquisition Program Manager, Engineer, and Logistician with significant experience in managing multiple DoD Program Offices since 2015. At Serco-NA, Mathis develops acquisition and sustainment strategies while ensuring operational efficiency throughout the program life cycle, from initial planning to retirement. Mathis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Georgia College and State University. Additionally, Mathis has pursued advanced training at the Defense Acquisition University and is currently enrolled at Air University in both the Air War College and Air Command and Staff College.
