Cheryl Clay

Cheryl Clay is a highly experienced leader currently serving as the General Manager of the Adelaide Remand Centre, with over 20 years of expertise in the justice sector, including community corrections and custodial operations. Cheryl has previously held significant roles, such as Deputy Commissioner of Corrective Services and Director of Women's Custodial Services. Additionally, Cheryl is a Director of Arila Gardens, a family-owned wine business, where Cheryl applies her extensive skills in management and operational improvement. Cheryl actively engages with social justice issues, particularly in the realm of family violence and community safety. Cheryl is pursuing an Associated Diploma in Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from Monash University.
