Helen Shaw

Helen Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning over several prestigious companies. Helen began their career at RSM Robson Rhodes in 2004 as an Executive and worked there until 2007. Helen then joined Grant Thornton as a Manager from 2007 to 2010. Helen's most recent and notable role was at Serco, where they held various positions, starting as a Commercial Manager in 2010 and progressing to the Senior Commercial Manager role in 2011. Helen then became the Head of Commercial for UK and Europe in 2012 and later took on the role of Group - Special Projects Lead from 2013 to 2014. Helen then served as the Group - Head of Commercial until 2015 when they transitioned to the Finance Director position for the UK Justice and Immigration division until 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they held the position of CFO for Serco's Asia Pacific division (Turnover $1.7bn). Helen currently holds the position of CFO UK and Europe at Serco, starting in April 2022.

Helen Shaw completed their education from the University of Oxford, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Human Sciences from 2001 to 2004.
