Holly Smith

Holly Smith has extensive experience in digital transformation and operational excellence, currently serving as the Director of Digital Transformation & Operational Excellence at Serco since November 2010. Previously, Holly held various leadership positions at Serco Europe, including Director of Strategy & Bidding, Mobilisation Director, and Head of Solution & Innovation. Prior to joining Serco, Holly worked as a Bid Manager at Atos Origin from May 2005 to November 2010, and as a Proposal Manager at SchlumbergerSema from October 1998 to May 2005.
