Bill Meireles

Bill Meireles has a diverse work experience in various roles within the software development and agile management field. Bill currently works at iClinic as part of the People & Digital Product team. Previously, they worked at Entelgy Brasil as an Agile Consultant, where they mentored and coached project coordinators, implemented a generic scaffold to support different service types, and facilitated online dynamics and meetings.

Prior to that, Bill held multiple roles at Exactaworks, including Agile Master, Product Owner, and Senior Software Developer. Bill'sresponsibilities involved guiding agile practices, acting as a product owner, and coaching teams. Bill also worked as an Agile Master and Senior Analyst at Embraer, where they focused on agile methodologies.

Beginning their career at Invillia, Bill worked as a Senior Software Developer, Agile Master, and Product Owner. Bill'swork involved software development and leading agile teams.

Throughout their career, Bill has demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies, coaching, mentoring, and product ownership.

Bill Meireles has a diverse education history. In 2004, they began their undergraduate studies at UNIARA, where they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering, which they completed in 2009. During this time, they also attended the Centro Universitário Senac from 2005 to 2007, where they participated in the Cisco Networking Academy Program, focusing on System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager.

In 2014, Bill Meireles obtained a certification in Social Business International from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Additionally, they completed a Java/Object-Oriented Design and Architecture course at Caelum in October 2014.

In more recent years, Bill Meireles has focused on expanding their knowledge in the field of Artificial Intelligence. From 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Nanodegree Program in Deep Learning at Udacity, specializing in Artificial Intelligence.

Aside from formal education, Bill Meireles has obtained several additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. In June 2015, they became a Certified Scrum Master® and a Certified Scrum Product Owner® through Scrum Alliance. Bill also completed the Excellence in Software certification offered by SOFTEX in January 2012. Other notable certifications include Flight Levels System Architecture from Flight Levels Academy, ICAgile Agile Coaching from ICAgile, Kanban Management Professional from Kanban University, Gestão Pragmática from Software Zen, CLF® – Certified Lean Inception Facilitator® from Caroli.org, Management 3.0 from Management 3.0, Toolbox 360° from DBServer, and Product Backlog Building from Product Backlog Building. These certifications were obtained between 2018 and 2021.
