John L Tymony, POPM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process consulting and team management. Currently serving as a Business Process Consultant III at Serco since December 2014, John collaborates with stakeholders to refine business requirements and implement software enhancements that boost operational efficiencies. Prior to this role, John held the position of Task Supervisor, overseeing teams of over 40 associates in providing eligibility support for the Affordable Care Act.
