Kate Fleetwood

Kate Fleetwood is an accomplished professional with significant experience in operations and commercial management. Currently serving as Head of Operations and previously as Senior Commercial Manager at Serco, Fleetwood has also held roles such as Commercial Manager and Senior Commercial Officer at the National Nuclear Laboratory, and Commercial Officer at Rolls-Royce. Fleetwood's career began with a Purchasing Internship at Rolls-Royce.
