Monique Hermon

Monique Hermon has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Vice President of Business HR Operations at Serco since July 2019. Before that, they worked at Raytheon for 8 years as a Human Resources Manager. Prior to Raytheon, they held positions at SAIC as a Human Resources Business Partner, at Quadramed as a Human Resources Generalist, at ICF International as an HR Specialist, and at AIG as an HR Specialist.

Monique Hermon's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management/Human Resources from the University of Phoenix. Monique is currently pursuing an Advanced Leadership Program in Organizational Leadership at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

In addition to their degrees, Monique holds several certifications, including SHRM-CP (obtained in 2015), Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI (obtained in 2009), and Targeted Selection Interviewer from Development Dimensions International (obtained in 2008). Monique also recently obtained certifications in Fighting Gender Bias at Work from LinkedIn and Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, both in 2022. Lastly, Monique acquired the Strategic HR Business Partner certification from the Human Capital Institute in December 2021.
