Scott Carlson

Scott Carlson has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Scott began their career in 1985 as an Officer in the US Navy, where they focused on surface combat systems and weapons acquisition. Scott then served as a Major Program Manager for International Programs and Foreign Military Sales, overseeing the development and procurement of the AEGIS combat system for multiple international navies.

In 2001, Carlson joined PMS 400B as the AEGIS Air Defense Warfare Manager, responsible for integrating and managing the AEGIS Weapon Control and Fire Control Systems. Scott also contributed to data analysis, performance assessment, and modeling and simulation of combat and weapon systems.
