Seahn Finn is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in customer service and operations within the aviation and logistics sectors. Currently serving as the Operations Manager for Dubai Airports Guest Experience at Serco since September 2023, Seahn oversees the delivery of world-class customer service across Dubai Airports, making critical decisions to enhance service and manage passenger flow. Prior experience includes roles as Account Manager for Aviation at Transguard Group, where contributions supported the coordination of over 66 million passengers in 2022, and as Relocations & Fine Art Manager at Freightworks. Seahn's career also includes positions at Crown Relocations as a Relocation Advisor and Sales Consultant, and at Michael Hill in various roles encompassing digital administration and sales. Seahn holds a Bachelor of Business in Management & International Business from Auckland University of Technology.
