Tom Pepper-Charles

Tom Pepper-Charles is currently the Head of Business Support at Serco, where they oversee strategic planning and communication initiatives. Previously, they served as the Chief of Staff for Citizen Services, managing projects and stakeholder interactions. Tom began their career as a Recreational Facilities Assistant at Ipswich Borough Council and later transitioned into various roles including Operations and Sales Intern at Crude Drinks and Research Consultant at Holker Watkin Limited. They are a graduate of Durham University with a BA in History and hold a Project Management Qualification from the Association of Project Managers.
