Tracie Weber

Tracie Weber, PMP, PHR, is an accomplished professional in project management and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Landing Craft Integration Task Lead at Serco since July 2019. In this role, Tracie was promoted at the request of the customer to enhance integration between acquisition and life cycle management. Tracie has held various project management and recruitment positions across several organizations, including Alion Science and Technology, Whitney, Bradley & Brown, Boeing, and Aerotek, focusing primarily on Navy shipbuilding and modernization efforts. Tracie's military experience includes serving as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, where significant responsibilities encompassed preparing operational reports and developing emergency management programs. Tracie holds an MBA from The Citadel Graduate College and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of San Diego.
